Service Description
We will go over techniques to create depth, drama, and light. Some techniques include lifting paint off the surface to expose the white of the canvas/paper, creating both soft and hard edges, mixing warm and cool shadows while keeping your values consistent. You will learn layering techniques of your chosen medium and tips and tricks on how to hold and manipulate the brush. Student should bring their preferred materials. Ages 12 and up; all experience levels welcome
Cancellation Policy
WAITLIST - If a class is full, you may email us at artists@tracksidestudios.com to be asked to be placed on the waitlist. CANCELLATION - We reserve the right to cancel a course due to: * Too few registrants: we will notify you a week before the class and will refund your full registration. * Extenuating circumstances (instructor ill, weather, etc.): we will notify you as soon as we're aware and refund your full registration. If you are unable to attend the course: * Notify us 7 or more days before the class (email us at artists@tracksidestudios.com) for a full refund * Notify us 3-6 days before the class for a 50% refund In order to ensure our teachers are reimbursed for their preparation and the materials they purchase for each student, there is no refund for cancelations 2 or fewer days before the class or non-attendance.
