Free beginner class as part of Carolinas Sketch Crawl
Service Description
This is a community workshop as part of the CAROLINAS SKETCH CRAWL, a 3-day sketching event in the River Arts District. The two-hour workshop will cover - overcoming fear of the blank page - observation skills and exercises - shading with pen - adding color. Participants will receive a sketch pad, Micron drawing pen, and a set of colored pencils. Limited to 25 participants. This workshop is taught by Jenny Camp who teaches art and watercolor through Blue Ridge Community College. Jenny believes in finding joy wherever she is and finds inspiration in the world through sketching and watercolor. She is a member of the Asheville Chapter of Urban Sketchers International.

Cancellation Policy
WAITLIST - If a class is full, you may email us at artists@tracksidestudios.com to be asked to be placed on the waitlist. CANCELLATION - If we need to cancel a course due to too few registrants, we will notify you a week before the class and offer you a choice of a full refund or to apply your registration to a future workshop. If we need to cancel for extenuating circumstances (instructor ill, weather, etc.), we will notify you as soon as we're aware and offer the same choice. If you need to cancel up to one week before the class, your registration fee will be refunded or you may opt to apply it to a future workshop. If you need to cancel 6 days or less before the class, your registration fee may be applied to a future class or donated to our hurricane relief fund to benefit our artist instructors.
